Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please send the item to:

Return shipping is at your own expense. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments or parcels sent without direct delivery to the address above. If your return is sent to a parcel shop or post office by mistake, it will not be collected and will be returned to you within 14 days. Should this happen, please contact us before re-sending, as the original 14-day return window will have passed.
If you do not collect your parcel or refuse delivery, the product price will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return
All returns are handled through our returns portal.
1. Go to our returns portal.
2. Enter your order number and email address. You can find your order number in your confirmation email.
3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging. Make sure nothing moves around inside the box to avoid damage in transit.
4. Download and attach the return label. Please note that UMG Shop does not cover return shipping — a label fee of DKK 45 will be deducted from your refund. Ensure the return label covers any existing shipping labels on the box.
5. Ship the parcel. The returns portal will apply the correct address automatically.
6. Once we receive your return, we'll confirm by email and issue your refund to the original payment method.
Packaging Requirements
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Missing or damaged original packaging will be treated as a reduction in value.
Please make sure the item is properly secured — use the packaging as it was when you received it, and avoid loose items inside the box that could cause scratches or other damage.
You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We recommend holding on to your postal receipt and tracking number in case of any shipping issues.
Condition of Returned Items
You may inspect an item the same way you would in a physical store — for example, trying on a garment — but items that show signs of use beyond this may be subject to a reduced refund. UMG Shop reserves the right to assess the condition of all returned items. As a guideline: items that are partially resaleable will be refunded at 50% of the purchase price, and items that are no longer resaleable will not be refunded.
Refund Details
If you return your entire order, we will refund the full purchase amount including standard delivery costs. If you originally selected a premium delivery option, the difference between that and our standard shipping rate is non-refundable.
If you return only part of your order, delivery costs are not refunded.
Any applicable deductions for reduced item value will be subtracted from the refund amount.
Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected the returned items, and are issued to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the return has been received or proof of shipment has been provided.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return your order using the process above and place a new order on our webshop.
